The estimate, report, and photos will flow the same. In addition, all claim adjustment reports will go through an internal review process prior to submission as a quality control measure. This makes it easier for your reps to review in a timely manner and make sure everything is documented appropriately. Our service goals for all our clients include adjusting every claim expeditiously and with high quality of care. We have stringent quality requirements from our adjusters to abide by clients’ claim handling procedures.
